Family Ride to Granite Bay

Today was a good day. We rode down to Granite Bay with family in tow and watched Sherwick and Jami race well (even splits) at the TBF duathlon. Then swam a little (with wetsuits) and rode home and took naps. Thanks, God.. good day :)

Anna's Chronic Cough

Poor Anna. Anyone have experience with chronic cough in young children and giving them steroidal inhalents to fix inflamed airways? Would love to get some info on this.. results, concerns, etc..
